Hi, I'm Anne Rollo, LPGA Golf Professional. If your handicap is sitting somewhere around 30 to 36 and you're double bogeying most holes, this course is for you. My goal is simple: to make it easy to know exactly what you need to do to break 100 — without changing your swing. We keep it simple, we keep it fun, and we work with the game you've already got.

Here's the maths I want you to remember: off 36, you don't need to par anything. If you double bogey nine holes and single bogey the other nine, you're under 100. So it's those single bogeys we want happening more often, and the big blowout holes we want to eliminate. That's the whole game plan.

The course follows a 3-step system.

What you'll learn

  • Step 1 — Basics: We go through your fundamentals, because keeping your basics sound is exactly what the pros do. Things like your grip and posture — these are the things you can control, so there's no reason not to get them right.
  • Step 2 — Short game: This is your scoring end of the hole, so it's vital. We cover putting, chipping, pitching and bunkers — the technique plus a bit of strategy. Because the lessons are in steps, you can go straight to the short-game video that's causing you trouble.
  • Step 3 — Strategy and mindset: A lot of big numbers come from bad decisions — trying for too much on the wrong holes. I take you through real-life examples out on the course, step by step, showing you what to do differently. And we work on the mental side too: thinking positively, not getting down on yourself, making good decisions.

The scoring method I want you to focus on

One of the most important parts is a weighted scoring mindset. Because you're allowed to double bogey on nine holes, I'll have you playing into a zone — aiming for a spot around 90 metres out from the hole and playing for the bogey rather than trying to par everything. Half the battle is thinking you need to par every hole. You don't. Plot your way around like this and you'll avoid the massive blowout scores, stay more consistent, and have a lot more fun.

Any questions along the way, just email us — all the details are inside. I'm looking forward to hearing how you go.
