Why you just need one swing
Your chipping and pitching swings are just a mini version of your full swing.
Set up with your weight on the front foot and grip down and then use a 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 length version of your full swing depending on how far you want the ball to go. (Don’t try to scoop the ball up when pitching, you don’t try and scoop your fairway woods do you?)
Your bunker shot is a normal swing but roughly 3/4 length depending on how far you want the ball to go.
You are trying to splash the sand wedge underneath the ball and want the club to enter the sand before the ball but it is still essentially the same swing. (Again, don’t try and scoop the ball out of the bunker, you don’t try and scoop your driver do you???)
The driver swing does feel differently to your iron swing but that is because of the different lengths and weights of the clubs.
Bonus Tip:
Swing all your clubs the same way and let the different clubs do their jobs.
Manufacturuers spend a lot of money designing the clubs to do the work for you….so let them !!!
